How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours of receiving them. We use a 2 day delivery service however please allow up to 5 working as sometimes parcels can be slightly delayed.
What happens if my item arrives damaged?
We do our best to ensure items arrive in perfect condition however breakages can happen from time to time. If your item has arrived damaged please send us a photo of the damaged mug and packaging and we will get you a replacement sent out ASAP.
What is your return policy?
If you are unhappy with your item you can return it to us within 30 days or purchase, for a full refund. Please note that personalised items are not eligible for return. Full details can be found in our return policy.
