Refund and returns Policy

At A Lovely Gift, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Please note that custom or personalised items are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at info@alovelygift.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or the return is a result of our error. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Refunds will be processed within 2-5 business days of receipt of the returned item.
